Intended for web partners, this manual details the process of enabling the 'Self Service' functionality on your organization's website.

Self Service Overview

Self Service empowers guests by allowing them to review their own reservation(s). This feature enables them to view the reservation, add items, and check their personal details.

Before gaining access, guests must first register. A valid login, facilitated by Stratech's Identity Provider, is necessary. Partners will communicate with the Stratech Guest API using a token, which the guest receives after a successful login.

Setting up the Self Service is streamlined: a park merely has to activate a connection. Following this, a partner can seamlessly enable Self Service for any organization.
